Managed IT Plans

Hardware Refresh: Scheduled computer replacement every 24 months is only included with Lifecycle plans. Client-Owned plans provide the same managed support, monitoring, and rollover labor hours at a lower monthly rate — but hardware replacement remains the client’s responsibility. Client-owned devices must meet New Age IT’s minimum hardware, OS, and stability requirements.

New Age IT handles the full device lifecycle. Includes managed support, monitoring, rollover labor hours, and scheduled hardware replacement every 24 months. We coordinate sourcing and setup — no install fee, no extra charge from your rollover bank.

💸 Client-Owned Plan

You purchase the hardware; we provide full managed IT support, monitoring, and rollover labor hours at a lower monthly rate. Scheduled 2-year hardware replacement is not included. Repairs, warranty issues, upgrades, and replacement computers remain the client’s responsibility unless quoted separately. Devices must meet our minimum hardware, OS, and stability requirements.
